We conduct information exchange sessions with various client personnel to enhance our understanding of the organization, management style and culture, position criteria, standards of performance and candidate personality profile.
We submit to our client an in-depth confirmation letter, which summarizes our understanding of the position responsibilities, reporting relationship, candidate specifications, compensation and general attraction criteria.
The Marra Peters Principal assigned to the engagement reviews and finalizes, after client approval, the parameters of the assignment, position description and candidate specifications.
This phase begins with the identification of appropriate candidates within competing and related businesses who possess the desired match of skills and experience. It also includes possible candidates identified by our client and our own "networking" through valued industry professionals.
After extensive phone screening, the Principal conducts in-depth personal interviews with potential candidates in order to evaluate their qualifications, motivation and personal compatibility with our client organization.
Marra Peters presents only individuals who meet our client's specifications and are authentically interested in the position. We prepare comprehensive written reports detailing candidate work history, relevant experience, accomplishments and personality profile. We also offer a subjective assessment as to the personal "fit" of candidates within the client's organization.
Interviews with the client are now scheduled. Either before or after presentation of candidates, but prior to final selection by the client, we perform a comprehensive reference investigation with primarily direct supervisors or other individuals qualified to comment on the candidates.
By serving as intermediary, we provide valuable assistance in compensation and "closing" negotiations and will help you work out the host of details that will lead to the acceptance of your offer.
