John Marra, Jr.
John Marra is the President of Marra Peters & Partners.  To the field of executive search, he offers a dedicated business perspective grounded in management, finance, consulting, and information systems.  Integral to his background is Mr. Marra's expertise gained from over 35 years in financial, executive, and corporate management recruiting.
Mr. Marra entered the retained executive search industry in 1982 after a career in public accounting and industry.  In 1983, he founded his own Executive Search Firm specializing in senior-level financial recruiting for the New Jersey community.  The success of this practice led to fulfilling additional executive search assignments both nationally and internationally in various functions and across diverse industries, ranging from large publicly held companies to small, privately owned businesses.   Mr. Marra has a national reputation specializing in executive level search assignments.

John Marra, Jr. is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is or has been a member of the prestigious American Institute of CPAs, the New Jersey State Society of CPAs, Institute of Management Consultants (IMC), Executive Search Roundtable, the Human Resources Planning Society (HRPS), the New Jersey Human Resources Planning Group and various industry groups associated with his search work.  He is a Dale Carnegie Graduate and Graduate Assistant. Mr. Marra has also served at the Board level in a number of enterprises. 

Charles J. Pelisson
Charles J. Pelisson is Vice President of Marra Peters & Partners, executive search consultants. Mr. Pelisson brings to the field of executive search broad industry recruiting experience coupled with an extensive background in corporate human resource management. He has managed key search assignments in marketing, human resources, marketing services, distribution, research and development. Prior to this, Mr. Pelisson held the positions of Corporate Manager of Employment for the Nestle Foods Corporation and Human Resources Manager for AMAX, Inc., a worldwide aluminum and energy company. In these roles he was responsible for executive staffing, employee and college relations. Mr. Pelisson is a graduate of Fordham University, a member of the International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruiters (IACPR), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Employment Management Association (EMA).
