Company History
Marra Peters & Partners origins started over 25 years ago focused exclusively on the financial services industry. Over the years, based on our work in financial services, the firm took on retained assignments in a variety of industries including consumer goods, retail, educational services, industrial and pharmaceutical.

Today the firm is a full serviced, diversified retained executive search practice, completing hundreds of assignments at the management and senior management levels. Each assignment is led and conducted by senior level search consultants who bring their professional judgment, insight and energy into each search. Supporting the senior level consultants is a staff of professionals, including an in-house research function.As a group, we are members or have been associated with the following organizations: Institute of Management Consultants (IMC); Executive Search Roundtable; Human Resource Planning Society (HRPS); the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM); Employment Management Association (EMA); American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA); Society for Information Management (SIM), the New Jersey Society of CPA's (NJSCPA) and the New Jersey Human Resource Planning Group (NJHRPG).
